It's also about dealing with change and finally it's about treating every customer the way they want to be treated!\n\nThis workshop is presented by Dan Quinn.\n\nMy first job\, when I was a senior in high school\, was dipping ice cream cones. From that beginning\, I worked my way up to Store Manager and then a variety of roles in the corporate world\, but always they were influenced by my experience in the Ice Cream department. Every time you hand someone a cone\, you get a huge smile back!\n\nIt took more than 25 years before I really began to "get it"\, the truth about serving others\, I'm a slow learner\, but I think I finally "got it."\n\nMy company is called Quinntessential Customer Service and I am very excited to have this opportunity to share with you the truth about customer service\, as I've come to know it. It's about the people... on both sides of the counter.\n\nMy wife Annie and I have been together for over 31 years now and she is the light of my life! And  we have 12 amazing grandkids!
