Kelley serves as the Registrar of Voters for the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the United States\, serving more than 1.6 million registered voters.\n\n\n\nMr. Kelley will be joining us to talk about the County of Orange's elections and registrar operations\, describe how elections are planned and conducted and give us a behind the scenes look at recent elections conducted in Orange County\, as well as efforts to boost turnout among registered voters and increase voter registration among eligible citizens. Please plan to join us for this informative meeting. \n\n \n\nWe will also be looking at several very important pieces of legislation pending in Sacramento and Washington\, D.C. and taking positions on legislation we have been tracking in the 2015 legislative session.
