It will take place at the department's North County Branch Office inside the Wells Fargo Building located at 222 N. Harbor Blvd.\, Ste. 110\, Anaheim\, CA 92805. Parking is available in the Wells Fargo Parking Garage which enters on Broadway or street side in the free 90 minute zones.
