DESCRIPTION:The Senior Care Hero Awards event is known as the "Academy Awards" of seniors and health care in our community.  It focuses on recognizing the contributions of the "unsung heroes" in the senior industry\, while benefitting the non-profit\, SeniorServ's\, Meals on Wheels program and other services for at-risk seniors. This year\, we are recognizing Mayor Tom Tait as the Humanitarian Award honoree. Mayor Tait has proven to be a champion for seniors in Anaheim\, especially in his last year in office\, and we would be delighted if members of the Anaheim community would join us as we honor his efforts.
