Conflicts hurt and damage relationships. They keep us from being at our best. It can be discouraging when people are stuck in a perpetual pattern of conflict. That’s why we are providing this workshop to understand the impact of emotions as the underlying force in conflicts; build the vocabulary for expressing emotions; and introduce you to the process of emotional connection to repair relationships, restore the connection, and resolve conflict.
Presented by Lola Gershfeld & Ramin Sedehi.
Lola Gershfeld is the founder of EmC Leaders, an organizational psychologist, and researcher who has worked with over 500 cases in connecting teams together at a deeper level, where she sees the difference in stress levels when people are emotionally connected.
