??@on7.studio is excited to announce our next workshop on April 30th (Saturday) at 11:00am, led by Neti @netiyog at the beautiful @hyattorangecounty in lieu of our Lunch Time Yoga Class.
??"Everything in the universe is governed by different "qualities" or "Gunas"; which govern the 5 elements. The 5 Elements are then derived into different "Doshas" or "Energies": either Vatta / Pitta / Kapha. When we understand the characteristics of each element, we then can learn the types of foods for each element; and what foods are best to eat and what foods to avoid." - @netiyog
