California's Employment Development Department (EDD) will be hosting a series of seminars discussing Assembly Bill 5 and the impacts it has throughout the year. During the seminar, they will go over the ABC Test, how to go about determining whether a worker is an employee or an independent contractor, as well as provide resources to aid in classifying workers.
