Anaheim/OC Virtual Job Fair 2021: Employers Wednesday, June 9, 2021 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM
Are you looking to discover your next career move? Or an employer looking for great new additions to your company? Join us for our first-ever virtual job fair!
In an effort to connect our business community to job seekers, the Anaheim Chamber in partnership with the City of Anaheim, the Anaheim Workforce Development Board, and the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB), and our community partners would like to invite you to participate in a virtual job fair on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The event will be widely promoted throughout the region utilizing media outlets, social media as well as direct outreach to job seekers. The virtual job fair is open to the public. This ensures attendance by a diverse group of job seekers with a wide variety of skill levels and backgrounds.
The Anaheim / OC Job Fair is designed for employers to recruit qualified candidates for paid employment opportunities. There is no cost to you to participate. We ask that you commit to the following:
Promote the job fair using your social media platforms
Allow us to use your logo on all job fair related materials
Participate in a demo session and view your virtual platform prior to the virtual job fair
Recruit to fill at least one paid full-time or part-time position within your organization
Third-party recruiters are not permitted to participate in the virtual job fair unless they are recruiting for their organization and not for other clients
Must have internet access and functioning camera for face-to-face online interaction
Registration to attend requires that you register with the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, set up an employer, and either add a link to the jobs you?re looking to fill or upload each job description. Posting your jobs allows us to promote the opportunities throughout the Orange County region and directly to job seekers. It also allows job seekers to prepare their resumes and apply for your open positions prior to meeting you at the Virtual Job Fair. All positions must be posted no less than 72 hours prior to the Virtual job fair.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE? Employers need only a computer and internet access to participate. Interactions between employers and participants will be primarily through text chatting. (Employers do have the ability to initiate one-on-one video chats with job seekers. We also recommend you check what is visible behind you so that there is nothing to distract the job seeker.)
For the best experience, employers should log on using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome (preferred) or Firefox from a desktop/laptop; these are required to broadcast any multimedia presented. The most up-to-date versions of Safari, Internet Explorer 11, and Microsoft Edge will also work; however, you will not be able to broadcast presentations or participate in one-to-one video chats.
