Insurance Broker Brad Purcha, a member of the Anaheim Chamber since 1998 has partnered with Frank Garcia of Insurance KO to fulfill their client's insurance needs with a dedication to service. Brad began working in the insurance industry in 1987 with New York Life in Fullerton, CA. In 1998, Brad joined Aflac and began a new career in the Voluntary Supplemental Insurance field then expanded his business to include Group & Individual Medical, Life, Disability Insurance, and can refer P&C Ins. as well. Once Brad began providing an array of insurance services, he saw that there was a major disconnect in the industry. Most insurance brokers were not providing the level of service that should be expected, with most brokers depending on a company's HR department to do the job that should be their responsibility. Many brokers rely on the human resource department to handle benefit explanation as well as the application process. Brad's approach differs in that his commitment to his clients is to meet with all of their employees and do a complete benefits review. Brad assists the employee with the application process and provides a copy of the paperwork to the human resource department for their personnel file. This process also includes personally meeting with new hires during the plan year. Additionally, Brad will assist with claim and benefit questions pertaining to each employee's individual needs.
