About Us

The Miss Anaheim Scholarship Assoc is a 501c3 affiliated with the Miss America and Miss California organizations. Our mission is dedicated to empowering young women to achieve their personal, professional and educational goals.
We are open to young women from 13-25 years old. Outstanding Teens are 13-17 and Miss are 18-25 years old. While there isn't any entry/registration fees, all participants in the Miss Anaheim competition receive a minimum of a $100 award or a $200 scholarship. Whoever is chosen as our titleholders will go on to compete for Miss California or Miss California's Outstanding Teen in June of the current pageant year.
We are a 100% volunteer-based program mentoring in poise, presence, public speaking, interview skills, current events, resume' writing, while promoting the rewards of community service.
We encourage young women seek the rewards of community service, to love themselves in class and style, to achieve their scholastic goals and to keep their eyes focused ahead on success. There are numerous opportunities throughout our community for these young women to be involved with from Taste of Anaheim to fundraising events at Angel Stadium, the library, be recognized by the Mayor and City Council, ride in the Anaheim 4th of July Parade and maybe even go on to compete as Miss California at the Miss America competition.
